What Are The 5 Types Of Meditation To Transform Your Life In The Dream Method?
5 types of meditation to transform your life is a webinar I have created for you to experience 5 different types of meditation. These are namely, breathing, moving, guided, silent and sound meditations. The webinar is a break down of the course I am teaching on meditation and mindfulness. The course is called the Dream Method.
The webinar is free for you to try, but unfortunately the course is not. The reason I have chosen to teach these meditation techniques in this order is to help you get a closer relationship to your body, and then the field of energy that gives life to your body. Personally I went through great trauma in my younger days. I managed to find a way to help me deal with the trauma and the upset from a difficult childhood. I want the same for you to.
5 Types Of Meditation Can Help You Too
These are the ways I learnt to get me to a place where I feel like I am in control of my emotions, feelings and actions. Like everyone else, I am human and can fall fowl to these negative aspects of bad emotions, feelings, thoughts and pre conceptions, but I do feel that my mind is becoming stronger and more resilient. This has been particularly helpful for me to get through 2020 with a positive outlook and a heart still brimming with love and compassion.
You can learn these 5 types of meditation with coaching and an online course to. There are steps to take for you to get deeper into your meditation practise. Meditation is like a workout for your mind. The word meditation actually covers a wide spectrum of activities which include the 5 types of meditation I teach on the Dream Method.
Passionate About Meditation
I feel so passionate about everyone learning to meditate, I have moved into this field full time. I also teach Ki Gong on my You Tube channel, which is growing in popularity. This combines the body, the mind and the breath together. I found this a particularly powerful way for me to reconnect with my body and was moved so much by the Korean practise, I wanted to give back.
Therefore, I became an instructor. You can find these classes on my You Tube channel. The classes are taught in a fun and non-judgemental way, where the student can find their own way to combining their mind, their body and breath, without the tight regimented way of Tai Chi getting in the way. I do teach routines which are similar to Tai Chi, but I encourage people to get the flow first, and then if they wish, focus on the technique. It has worked for many people, and I also realise some people want a little more serious approach. Horses for courses, as they say. Here is a link for the live classes.
