Basically, the best way I have found to train my mind has been Qi Gong. It is a practise where you focus your mind on your body and your breath for the whole time you are doing it. We look at the 3 detachments to master your mind more deeply at the Bright Beings Academy. Additionally, I realised I could deal with stress and anxiety quickly using Qi Gong. During my time practising Qi Gong, slowly my mindset began to strengthen using this practise. Equally my will power became stronger. Lastly, my stress and anxiety have now disappeared.
