Meditation Is A Workout For The Mind

Yes meditation is a work out for the mind. Rather like exercise is a work out for the body. Qi Gong combines the two. I do charity work for the elderly teaching them the form of Ki Gong I have learnt which originates from Korea. I love the classes for many reasons, but I thought I would share what someone said after class yesterday.

A lady said she had tried meditation before but has a very active mind and found it hard to sit still. She gave up. After she had been coming to my Ki Gong classes now for a couple of months and here is what she said.

The lady found it easy to sit and focus on her body and the energy between her hands. She also said it was wonderful to be able to sit still and quieten the mind. She said it was a peaceful place which was helping her with this stressfull world.

Meditation Created An Amazing Transformation

I was choked. There it is. An amazing transformation after a very short period of time.

I love the structure of the classes that I teach because it helps people connect with themselves very quickly. People who don’t understand connecting the mind, the body and the breath move on quite quickly. That is fine also. We are all different.

Another elderly gentleman also said that his shoulder condition has really improved after three classes and also using the free videos I have up on my You Tube channel.
