What are the towns and villages in your body? If you missed the previous posts about your body, then we are looking at the body as a whole country. We have explained the cities and the transport system, now we are looking at the towns and villages in the body, or your country.
The chakras are the cities, the meridians are the transport system, and the towns and villages are your acupressure points.
In my practice, we like to round the figures up to remember them more easily. You have 1 body, which is one day. 7 chakras, which is 7 days in a week, 12 meridians, which is 12 months in a year and 365 acupressure points, which are the days in the year.
You have more chakras, meridians and acupressure points than this in your amazing body, but for arguments sake, lets stick to these figures.
All the towns and villages need to be connected to your transport system, and cities to experience their best life. When some new technology is created it is important the towns and villages are connected to these new creations. This enhances their lives.
When the acupressure points get blocked, then physical problems can manifest in your body. This is much like a town or village, or even region, rebelling against the rest of the country. This causes disharmony, disease and chaos.
You can also help areas of your body by massaging your acupressure points. The most common one is the point between your index finger and thumb. This is a good point to help stop headaches.
Try it next time you have a headache. It really works. But sometimes only for a short amount of time, because there may be something more serious going on in the body.
Keeping your acupressure points open and clear can also be done by tapping, massaging or even shaking. Seeing as our body is made up of vibrating elements, it responds well to vibration.
This is why we see many indigenous tribes around the world, all shaking and vibrating, often around large fires. This is them allowing their energies of the body to thrive.
Keeping your energy body healthy is just as important as your physical body. Being aware of this will move you to great health.
In this ever-changing world, we definitely need to be more diligent in our actions. Moving towards a well-connected mind, body and spirit will help you be happier, healthier and more vibrant.
