How many of us are suffering from self sabotage? Are you fighting against yourself? I have had some amazing experiences this week. We are definitely living in times where the veil is being lifted, not only on the world, but more importantly, in our own lives too. I do look and I am amazed at what I see.
We had a group call with Madeleine Black as guest speaker, and one of the main themes was forgiveness. This subject is often misunderstood and misinterpreted. If you know anything about Madeleine’s story, she was gang raped at age 13. It was a brutal and traumatic experience for her. But after many years she forgave them.
Self Sabotage And Forgiveness
I have explored that process myself and looked at the forgiveness I give to people, almost everyday. When you put yourself out on the Internet, you get people directing a lot of anger at you. Now I realise that their anger no longer affects me, but is really hurting them. I now send them love back, and hope they can find a way through their anger.
What I am realising by forgiving people immediately who express anger towards me is this. We all have a physical body and also an energy body. These work in tandem. When the energy body is not working properly, then we see issues materialising in the physical plane. Most people in the world today feel a certain amount of anger because of the way that it is run. That is healthy.
How To Use Angry Energy Properly
But it is how you use that angry energy is really a clue to your spiritual evolution. Being highly sensitive I use to use that energy in explosive ways, and open up my machine gun intellect, throwing everything and the kitchen sink at an argument or dispute, when that behaviour was completely unnecessary, uncalled for, or even pointed in the wrong direction.
More highly sensitive human beings are beginning to realise they are doing this and wanting to stop this. It is really difficult, because if you have experienced trauma or issues from your childhood, the chemical reactions in your body that will rely on past memories as a catalyst will trigger this explosive response. And it helps nobody.
This is a battle inside of yourself you need to win. We all need to reset our nervous systems everyday through Ki Gong, Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation, or any from of energy based exercise system. This resets your energy in your body and helps remove that stagnant energy from your body, so the catalyst is no longer there and you respond from your heart.
Respond To Life – Not React
This is how we should be responding to life. There are reasons for anger and fight or flight reactions, but they seem to get stuck in us as a species. When we haven’t cleaned up the traumas in the past, our system will be in constant battle with itself because being in the sympathetic nervous state is exhausting after a while.
We can change this and end this battle inside of us. When we do this, the battles in our lives tend to disappear. And when we do this with sufficient numbers, this will tip the consciousness of the world back into balance and in the right place. We are all connected. That is being proven by modern science.
If anyone asks you what are you doing to fix the worlds problems, you can confidently reply ‘I am working on myself’. When you get to a certain level of this self development it becomes infectious. And you will start to encourage others to do the same work.
