Are you mining for guilt or gold?

Guilt Or Gold. That Is The Question.

When you look inside of yourselves, are you mining for guilt or gold? Are you suffering from feelings of guilt? When you look inside of yourself, do you feel guilty? What are you actually looking for? These are good questions and certainly one worth considering. I remember going back to my training with the Tao while becoming a Ki Gong instructor and top of the list is the word integrity. That is to always do what you say you are going to do.

Of course this isn’t always possible because there can be circumstances that arise that stop you carrying out what you say you are going to do. But this can be explained to anyone who is involved with this thing you were supposed to do. That is, if you said you were going to meet them and you can’t, let them know that you can’t make that appointment.

How Guilt Starts To Build In The Body

When we make promises to ourselves, or even people around us, we are making small contracts. And these contracts are logged by our sub conscious. When we break these small contracts, a small feeling of guilt is lodged into our subconscious, that will be stored somewhere in the body. And you won’t even know this is happening.

These pieces of guilt build up and build up until you get feelings of being numb, being overwhelmed and can lead to you being looked upon as unreliable and flaky. This is not you, but how you have let your energy body deteriorate. Guilt, on the consciousness scale, is the second lowest level of consciousness. You are operating no where near your full potential.

Look for gold inside and stop your guilt

On the other hand, if you start mining for gold, it is all there inside of you. In my practice we call them your three treasures. The lower Danh Jon is where your power, passion and creativy stem from. Your middle Dahn Jon is where your love, empathy and compassion come from. And your upper Dahn Jon is where your vision, intuition and wisdom come from.

Many people are talking about raising their vibration and frequency. These frequencies are already inside of you so how do you raise your frequency to get to them? The simple answer is that you don’t. You need to tune into them. And you need to engage in an energy enhancing exercise practice like Ki Gong to tune yourself up to the higher frequencies. And when you do, thats where the magic happens.

How to get past those guilty feelings

I am blessed in my life not only to experience this for myself, but for the many people I help through my off line and online coaching and Ki Gong classes. When I realise that we are all capable of tuning into what we really are, this is a real game changer for me.

I also realise when people are so attached to their egos, they are going to find it really difficult to tune themselves up. Your ego is important and gets your to places where you need to get to. But if you use it as your guide, it will always keep you in your safety zone with no or very little growth.

Get rid of guilt and live life to the full

Remember Jimini Cricket from Dumbo. Let your conscience be your guide. Wise words from a cricket. Let your conscience or consciousness be your guide. This will lead you to a much happier and free life. Yes we have the confines of the material matrix we live in, and it is up to us collectively to change that. But we also have the internal choice to free ourselves from the illussions of the mia whenever we choose to.

The five words to abide by if you want to start your journey to become a Master of the Tao are

1. Integrity – Always do what you say you are going to do.

2. Dilligence – Give everything you do 100% attention

3. Responsibility – Be responsible for all your actions

4. Courteousness – Be courteous always, no matter what.

5. Trust – Learn to trust your intuition and others close to you

Stick to these teachings and they will lead you to a better life. That is what I want for all of us,

How to rid yourself from your guilt

Use your intelligence

We all have intelligence. We also all have intellect. Never let your intellect supercede your intelligence. Your intelligence will get you in the right position to live a good life. Your intellect can really mess up this process.

Be honest with yourself

This can be really hard to do. Especially if you are attached to your ego, sense of self, and your intellect. We are far more complex that that. And when you start responding to life from the treasures inside of you, your guilt will disappear over time.

Let your consciousness be your guide

As mentioned earlier, we can let our consciousness be our guide. And you as a human being have the ability to tune into the higher levels of consciousness we all have available to us. It takes some time and effort, but it is worth it.
